ARTA Courtesy Visit at SPDA Main Office

DAVAO CITY (02 May 2024) – Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) Eastern Mindanao Regional Office Chief Engr. Rhuelo D. Aradanas together with the representatives from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Central Office and the Office of the Presidential Assistant for Mindanao have conducted a courtesy visit at the main office of Southern Philippines Development Authority (SPDA) at Catalunan Pequeño, Davao City.

 

The Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) is a government agency created by Republic Act (RA) No. 11032 otherwise known as the Ease of Doing Business and Government Service Delivery Act of 2018, and is now continuing its operationalization in Regions XI, XII, and portions of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) through its Eastern Mindanao Regional Office with specific focus on empowerment and enforcement functions of the Authority.

 

ARTA is mandated to create, develop, and implement various endeavors that promote the ease of doing business in government offices and eradicate the bureaucratic red tape in the country.
