SPDA DONATES RELIEF GOODS TO QUAKE HIT SARANGANI PROVINCE
June 17, 2026- Southern Philippines Development Authority (SPDA), under the leadership of former three term Congressman Acmad M. Tomawis, headed to Sarangani province to deliver much needed relief goods for the victims of the magnitude 7.8 earthquake that hit the province.
Administrator/CEO Tomawis who just assumed office in the same week was accompanied by his SPDA colleagues in delivering 500 sacks of rice and 280 large containers of distilled water.
Sarangani Governor Rogelio Pacquiao welcomed the swift efforts of the SPDA team and committed to the timely distribution of the donated goods.
Administrator Tomawis conveyed to Governor Pacquiao his hope that the humble contribution of SPDA would help alleviate the hardships and emotional stress caused by the recent earthquake. He likewise expressed his prayers for the swift recovery and well-being of all those affected by the disaster.
